FATAL SHOOTING ACCIDENT.

Another fatal shooting accident, oeeurcd in the King Country last, week, the victim being Percy Olson, aged ll\ whose parents reside at Otangiwai, Ohura valley. He wont out to bring in cows on Thursday morning taking pea rifle with him in the hope of getting a shot. Entering the hush he was standing with the pea rifle leaning against a tree. The rifle Flipped anu went off and the bullet, entered his thigh. It took an upward direction and penetrating the abdomen tore tin bowel. Deceased who had only been out about half an hour managed to crawl home on Inn bands and knees and as soon as possible he was conveyed to the Waikato Hospital arriving there on Sunday morning. Everythnig possible was done for the unfoxtunate lad but he died on Monday morning from peritonitis.
