'I DON'T BELIEVE IN MURDER.' Christchurch, This Day. Edward Ilonnam and Harry Cooke, the latter a son of Mr F. K. Cooke, who recently refused to pay a line imposed for a breach of the city by-laws were today fined '2os and 40s respectively for failing to register under the Defence Act.
