THE SUGAR INDUSTRY.
A BLACK OUTLOOK. Recieved July 8, 8.55 a.m. Melbourne, Last Night. Mr Tudor declares Berious losses are certain, unless the trouble in the sugar industry is adjusted. Some growers are looking at black ruin. The industry employs twenty thousand people. Men are engaging in Sydney to fill the places qf the strikers on the Queensland sugar fields. The Labour Council has decided to appoint pickets.
