Walker and Co., £3 2s Od, costs ss. Tassell (Mr Howarth) v. Wilkinson £2l 4s 3d, coats £1 6s 6d, to be paid at the rate of 10s per month —by consent: Cole v. Futi, £2 13s 6d. costs £1 18s. Tarrant v. Rauputu, a claim of £ll, with a contra of 18s; case struck out, as plaintiff had not completed contract.
