W ATKINS—MORRINSEY
An interesting wedding took place at St. Bride's Church, Otorohanga, on Wednesday ' last, when Miss Susie Morrinsey, daughter of Mr John Morrinsey, was rnarrWcT to Mr Robert Watkins. Miany friends and relatives of the contracting parties were present at the ceremony. An inspiriting hymnal march was played by Miss Johnson in welcome of the bride. Mr Morrinsey presented his daughter at the altar. She looked winsome in a dress of soft cream voile, made with a transparent yoke of silk insertion. The skirt had a panel front trimmed with tiny silk buttons and loops, and the tucked sleeves were trimmed with insertion band 3 to match the yoke. Over her wreath of orange blossoms the bride wore the customary veil ot tulle and carried a very pretty bouquet of roses and asparagus fern. Miss Lena Morrinsey, chief bridesmaid, wore a pretty dress of cream silk muslin with a reseda hat; Miss Annie Morrinsey also wore a cream silk muslin with hat to match. They wore pretty gold brooches, gifts of the bridegroom. Mr Albert Fenton acted as best man. After the ceremony, which was performed by the Rev. E. S. Wayne, the happy couple drove to the residence of Mr Morrissey. where a sumptuous luncheon had been provided. Mr and Mrs Watkin left in the evening for Rotorua, where the honeymoon will be spent.
