62,355 REGISTERED. * 8845 STILL TO COME. [BY TFLEGRATH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION'.] Wellington, This Day. The following registration figures have been supplied:—The totals registered to the 20th May are: Territorials, 14,606; Senior" Cadets, 24,867. Registered during the week ending 27th May, Wellington 605, and 1108; Auckland 474, and 540; Canterbury 605, and 805; Otago 472, and 673. Totals to 27th May, 16,762 Territorials, and 27,893 Senior Cadets. Thus to the week ending 27th May, 44,855 have registered for territorials and senior cadets. To this may be added the estimated 17, 500 territorials and senior cadets at present serving who are registered on separate lists, making 62,355 accounted for. This leaves about, 8845 who must register before June 2nd or suffer the penalties under the Act.
