To The Editor. Sir, —Would you kindly through the medium of your paper explain the meaning and the reason of the cry ot "Home Ruie tor Ireland." I am, etc., A.B.C.
(If "A,8.C." will attend the public meeting to be held in Te Kmti en June loth, he will hear what the Irish delegates themselves have to say for their cause. Put briefly, the Irish Envoys ask that Ireland should rule herself in local matters, and that the customs and excise, post office, army and navy should continue to be controlled by the Imuerial Parliament.— Ed.
