SECOND READING PASSED. By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright Received May 6, 10.15 a.m. London, Last Night. An amendment to reject Sir George Kemp's Bill which provides for female franchise exclusively on householders lines, was negatived by 255 to 88, and the Bill was read a second time.
