HOUNSDITCH MURDER.
CHARGES WITHDRAWN. By Telegraph.—Pres.- Association.—Copyright Received May 3, 9.30 p.m. London, Yesterday. After some evidence had been given in the Hounditch murder trial, Judge Grantham advised the Crown to to withdraw the charge of being accessories after the act against Peters, Dubof and Vassileova, Judge Grantham remarking that the Crown must show an accessory knew the murder had been committed, adding that it as doubtful whether it could be proved that the prisoners were escaping from justice. Mr Bodkin, K.C., for the Crown, acquiesced. The trial of the four men for conspiracy to enter a shop is being proceeded with.
