OHURA COUNTY COUNCIL. ADJ USTING RUPEESEN'FATION IN THE COUNCIL. IN exercise oi' the powers conferred on it by section 23 oi' "The Counties Act 19u8" the Oluira County Council resolves by way of special order, as follows: 1.-—The present division of the County of Ohura into seven Killings is revoked, ami in lieu thereof the said County shall be divided into nine ridings to be called respectively, Waitewhena Riding, Niho Niho Riding, Otangisvai Riding, Matiere Kiding, Turoto Riding, Mangakara Kiding, Mangaroa Riding, Kururau Riding and Tatu Riding, which said ridings are respectively described in the schedule hereto. 2. —The said Ohura County Council shall consist of nine members who shall be elected, one for each riding. 3.—The alteration hereby made shall take effect on and after the eighth day of November 1911. SCHEDULE:— WAITEWHENA RIDING. All that area in the Ohura bounded toward the north generally by the Waitomo County from the Mokau River to Paro road, thence along the Paro road, thence along the block line by section 10 block 6 Aria to the corner of section 8 block 7 Aria S.D., thence by block line in a south-westerly direction to Puketawai trig station, thence in a straight line passing through section 3 block 10 Aria S.D. to the most northerly point of section 1 block 14 Aria S.D., thence by block line on the eastern side of section 1 and 4 block XIV Aria S.D. to Ratatomokia trig station, thence along the western boundary of section 24 and 20 block XlV.Aria S.D. and section 20 and 19 block 11. Ohura S.D. to Prentice road, thence by Prentice road to the eastern-most corner of section 18 block II aforesaid, thence by sections Nos. 7, 10, 11, 13, 35, of the aforesaid block, thence by the dividing line between sections 2b and 2a to the Ohura road, thence by the Ohura road to a point in line with the north boundary of Taurangi No. 4 block, thence by a right line to and by the northern boundary of that block to its northernmost corner, thence towards the west generally by section No. 5 block I. Ohura S.D. the southern and western boundary of section 1 block aforesaid, and the western boundary of sections No. 4, 3, 2 block XII Aria S.D. to the northern boundary of that block thence again towards the south by the said block XII and blocks X and IX Mokau S.D. to the County boundary, and thence again towards the west generally by Clifton and Awakino Counties to the place of commencement. In IHO NIHO RIDING. All that area in the Ohura County bounded towards the north by section 2 block VII Aria to the Piere road, thence by section 3 block VII Aria to a point in line with section 4 block VIII Aria S.D. and section 2 block XI Aria S.D.,thence by section 4 block 8 Aria S.D. to section 12 block II Aria S.D.,thence by sections 3 and 13 block XI Aria S.D. to the Mangakahikatea road, thence by Mangakahikatea road to the western corner of section 5 block XI Aria S.D., thence by sections 5 and 6 block XI Aria S.D. to the Mangapapa stream, thence by the Mangapapa stream to the western corner of suction 22 block XV Aria S.D., thence by the section aforesaid to section 24 block XV Aria S.D., thence westerly towards section 13 block XV Aria S.D., thence by section 24 block XV Aria S.D. to the Whenukura road, thence by the Whenukura road to the western boundary of section 9 block XV Aria S.D., thence by sections 9 and 15 block XV Aria S.D. to Ratatomokia block, thence by boundary line between No. A section I and No A section 2 to the Ohura river, thence by the said river to the Pukerimu stream, thence by the said stream to the north-eastern corner of section 7, block 3, Ohura S.D., thence in a north-easterly direction passing by sections 6 and 10, block 3, Ohura S.D. and sections 1 and 4, block 4. Ohura S.D. to Puketawi trig point, thence in a straight line to Tetawa trig, thence by section 1, block 8, Ohura S.D. and sections 9 and 1, block 7, Ohura S.D., thence by section 2ck No. 2, thence to the north-eastern corner of section 13, block 3, Ohura 5.D., thence by section 2 in a westerly direction to the Ohura river, thence by the said river to the most southerly boundary of section XI block 2 Ohura S.D., thence by section 13 block 2 Ohura S.D. to the eastern boundary of section block 2 Ohura S.D., and thence toward ihe north generally by the Waiuv.'hena riding hereinbefore described to the piuee of commencement. OTAUGIWAI RIDING. All that area in the Ohura County bounded towards the north by the Waitomo County from the northwestern comer of section No. 8 Block VII Aria S.D. to the Ongarue river, thence towards the east by that river to the northern boundary of block XII Tangitu S.D..thence towards the west generally by blocks XII and XI Tangitu S.l). and block XVI Aria S.iJ. tn the eastern boundary of section No. ir, block XII, thence part of the eastern boundary by that of that section and boundary of section No. 9 block XVI Aria S.b.Witssoutheastern corner, thence by the southern boundary oi' sections 9 and 8 the southern boundary of section ;> block XVI aforesaid, thence northerly to the north corner of section U block XVI Aria S.D., thence by section (i to the Mokau-Ohura road, thence by the northern boundary of sections No. and 24 biock XV Aria S.D., thence north generally by the Niho Niho and Waitewhena ridings hereinbefore cle- j ocribed to the place of commencenient. j
