TE KUITI GUN CLUB.

A meeting of shooting enthusiasts was held in Mr 11. J. Mussen's oflice on Monday night to consider the advisabiilty of starting a gun club. Mr F. P. Moorhouse, the convenor, explained his reasons for calling the meeting. lie considered such a club was an excellent thing and should be encouraged. Shooting was one of those pastimes that gave a lot of Mr Moorhouse was elected chairman of the meeting.
