Contingencies, engineering, land for public works, first year's interest, flotation, expenses, etc. ... 800 £4350 The proposed security is a Special Rate of §d in the £ on the capital value of all rateable properties in the Te Kuiti Borough, covering interest and sinking fund, payable in seventythree equal half-yearly instalments, the term of the proposei loan being 36?j years.
