VOX ICE is hereby given that the Te Kuiti Borough Council proposes to raise under the provisions of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908," with the amendments thereof, a SPECIAL LOAN of £4350, for the following objects: —■ £ 1. Inauguration of Lighting Scheme ... 2500 2. Erection of Fire Station ... 300 3. Erection of Municipal Buildings, and land for same ... 750 4. Contingencies, engineering, land for public works, first year's interest, flotation, expenses, etc. ... 800 £4350 The proposed security is a Special Rate of §d in the £ on the capital value of all rateable properties in the Te Kuiti Borough, covering interest and sinking fund, payable in seventythree equal half-yearly instalments, the term of the proposei loan being 36?j years.
