GOOD CONDUCT STRIPES.
'[ l»Y TIXKGHAPH. i'B-KSs ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, This Day. It has been decided to give stripes for good conduct to letter carriers. For five years' service good conduct, etc., letter carriers will be allowed to wear one stripe, for ten years' service two stripes, and for fifteen years' service three stripes.
