DUBLIN PROTEST MEETING. JSy Telegraph. —I'res- Association.-CopyrijrM Received January 31, 10.35 p.m. London, Yesterday. A great protest meeting, held in Dublin, protested against the Papal decree on mixed marriages, and urged the Government to secure to those married in accordance with the law of the country freedom from any church's interference that might lead to a violation of the marriage contract.
