GERMANY AND HOLLAND.
By Telegraph.—Press Association Copyright Received January 28, 9.10 a.m. . London, Yesterday. The "Pall Mall Gazette's" military correspondent describes German pressure on Holland to fortify as being due to France's enormous strength in Eastern France. The correspondent further states that all fortresses in Poland are to be enlarged, and 300 old Russian generals replaced. Any increase in German colonisation in Western Russia is forbidden.
