[BV TKLKijEAI'U. I'RKv- ASSOfJATIUV.] Wellington, This Day. A rather serious accident happened !on the Butt road, near Taita. A i huggy, which was being driven by Mr ! Olliver, containing Mrs Feters, Mrs i Cud by, Ina Cudby and Mr As ton, j attempted to pass another vehicle, I wihch was preceding it. A mo "or i car owned by Mrs Jacob Josephs, also j attempted to pass, and the road being ! narrow, a colliison occurred. Ina j Cudby, aged three, sustained a broken | thigh; Mrs Feters was badly bruised ! and cut, and Olliver also sustained ! injuries. The occupants of the car ! ecsaped without injury. Both J and car were considerably damaged.
