The first annual meeting of Te Kuiti Racing Club to take place on the club's own course will be held at Te Kurni to-morrow (Thursday 2Gth inst). A very attractive programme has been arranged, with the result that excellent acceptances have been received anil a reaily good day's sport is anticipated. The committee has been most energetic in completing the course, which is now in a thoroughly satisfactory condition. Suitable accommodation has been provided for members, and as the course abounds in charming picnic spots along the banks of the Mangaokewa river, it is expected that thl* gathering will include a large number of ladies.
