CARGO PROPERLY STOWED. n.v Teicsrapli. —l'ress Association.—Ccpyrijrlit Received January IS, 920. a.m. London, Yesterday, The depositions of the dock and shipping officials of Adelaide were read at the Waratah inquiry, and showed that the Waratah was seaworthy and her cargo was properiy stowed. McDiarmid, the pilot, regarded the Waratah as a tender ship but not to the extent of being unseaworthy. She had more top-hamper than usual. The deposition of a Durban witness showed that the vessel was upright when she left there and there was nothing to indicate that she was topheavy. A precis oc the report of the Sabine's search was read, and the inquiry then adjourned for the thirtieth time.
