Heather, one of the representatives of shipping and payers of dues, arid Mr J. B. MacFarlan.l, the representative of the Chamber of Commerce on the Auckland Harbour Board, tendered their resignations yesterday, both being directors of lirms doing business with the Board. The Mayor (Mr 1,. J.
