RECIPROCITY TREATY COMING. By Telegraph.-- I'r'. s- Afcsoei a; ion.-- Capy right Received January 7, 12.50 a.m. Ottawa, Yesterday. There is a general belief that a riecprocity treaty between Canada and the United States is on the eve of conclusion. The attitude of both Governments reciprocally is known and it only remains to discover a working argecment. Messrs Patersen and Fielding have departed for Washington, intending to remain there a fortnight.
