KEIR-HARDIE'S ADDRESS.
Received Decembre 6, 10 p.m. London, Yesterday. Mr Keir-Hardie, in his election address, advocates Home Rule for Ireland and Wales, and describes Imperialism as a huge imposition. He adds: "If all combine to vote for Labour the time will come when neither the landlord nor the capitalist will be left to grind the faces of the poor, when, indeed, there will be no poor among us. The people in these and other lands will dwell together in unity and peace."
