CHRONICLE SHILLING FUND.

This fund has been opened under the auspices of the Te Kuiti Chamber of Commerce to provide cash prizes and trophies to the value of £lO in connection with the coming rifle tournament, to be held at Taumarunui by the King Country Rifle Association, on Decernb.er 28th and 29th. Shilling subscriptions are invited and may be forwarded to the "Chronicle" office. Amount already acknowledged 40s. The following have sent Is subscriptions;— M.C.T., M.F.
