WAITOMO COUNTY COUNCIL, SPECIAL ORDER MAKING SPECIAL RATE. f fill AT in pursuance and exercise of -L the powers vested in it in that behalf by the "Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908," the VVaitomo County Council hereby resolves as follows: — THAT for the purpose of providing Interest and other charges on a loan of <£4ooo authorised to be raised by the Waitomo County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of metalling a portion of the several roads of the HONIKIWI SPECIAL RATING AREA, the said Waitomo County Council hereby makes and levies a Special Rate of One Penny Half-penny in the Pound upon the rateable values of all rateable properties in the Ilonikiwi Special Rating Area. The boui.daries of the Honikiwi Special Rating Area are as follows: — Commencing at a point at North-East Corner of Section 6, Block 16, Pirongia survey district; thence on the North generally by the Northern boundaries of said Section 6 Block 16, and Section E2, Section 2, Turoto and Section 2 to the Moakuraura stream; thence by said Moakuraura stream to the Nprth-Egst comer of Qrahiri No. 3, Block 14; thence by Nprthgrn boundary of said Section, Qrahiri No. 3 and Section No. 1, Block 14; thence on the East by said Section No. 1 and Section 1, Block 14, and Sections 1 and 2, Block 1, Sections 3, 6a, 6b, Block 2, Orahiri; thence on the South generally by Sections 1 and 3, Block 4, Orahiri, 12, 11, by Western, Northern and Eastern boundaries of Section 10; thence by Southern gnd Eastern boundaries of Section 9 to Section 7; thence by the Southern boundary of Section 7, Block 7, Orahiri; thence by the Southern and Eastern boundaries of Section 12, and by Southern boundary of Section 13, Block 3. And that such Special Rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of such lopin and be payable halfyearly on the Ist day of Febpuapy and Ist day cf August in each and evex-y year during the currency of such loan, being; a period of 3(5$ years or until the loan is fully paid off; and subject in all respects to the provisions relating to a Special Rate raised as a security for a loan undtr the said Act. The interest to be paid on such loan is at the rate of Four Pounds Seventeen Shillings and Sixpence per cent, per annum, and the interest thereon for one year together with the cost of raising the loan is to be paid out of | such Joan, ;
