DUKE AND DUCHESS ON TOUR.
MOTORING AT THE CAPE,

Received November 2, 1 a.m. Capetown, Yesterday.
The Duke and Duchess of Connaught, having a comparatively quiet day, motored out to the Government wine farm in the beautiful Constantia Valley, under the lea of Table Mountain, through Cecil Rhodes' estate at Grooteschuur and thence through the historic oak avenue, planted in the early period of Dutch settlement. They were received at Constantia by the administrator and his wife and seven hundred guests.
REVIEW TROOPS. FISHER AND POWLDS TOUR SOUTH AFRICA. Received November 2, 8.20 a.m. Capetown, Last Night. In the afternoon the Duke and Duchess reviewed 4400 regulars, volunteers, bluejackets, marines and cadets on the green at Point Common, in the presence of a huge crowd, who greeted the royalties most cordially. It was a stirring spectacle. Mr Fisher was present at Constantia and subsequently attended the assembly which held a short sitting to elect a Speaker. Router states that Messrs Fisher and Fowlds start on November (>th on an unofficial tour of South Africa. visiting the principal towns, Victoria Falls, and the Mattoppo Hills.
