METAL TRADES LOCK-OUT.
Berlin. Yesterday. The prospect of a lock-out of 630,000 metal workers are gloomy. The electricians threaten to strike in sympathy. Received October 5, 10.50 a.m. The German shipbuilders have offered concessions, which, if accepted, will avert a lock-out in the metal industry.
