in connection with the freezing plant is the latest type of Sabroe freezer, and is the largest nf the type in use. The Alfa-Delaval separator is capable of treating 440 gallons per hour, and a Sabroe pasteuriser, capable of treating 300 gallons per hour is installed. The water supply is obtained from a well, lined with corrugated iron, the well being at the present time 20 feet deep, but it is proposed to deepen same to some 30 feet. A complete Babeock tester outfit is installed. Inside the creamery the manager's office is placed in a convenient situation. Twenty-five suppliers will be bringing in niii'k from Monday next, and it is expected that some 500 cows will be milked for a start. Those who know the district well predict that by the end of the third season the milk from a 1000 cows will be coming in from the farmers. This speaks volumes for the assured welfare of the newlyerected factory.
