RACEHORSE LADY LUCY. Received Septemebr 14, 11.0 a.m. Sydney, Last Night. The New Zealand racehorse Lady Lucy, which appeared at training today, has fallen away a lot. During its illness it has not galloped. NATIVE MASSACRE. THREE ADDITIONAL DEATHS. Perth, Last Night. In connection with the native massacre at Laverton, the police report three additional deatha. The murderers have been dispersed. O'BRIEN INQUEST. NURSE BROWN COMMITTED. Sydney, Last Night. The inquest on the girl, O'Brien, whose body was found on the Randwick Sands, has been concluded. Nurse Brown was committed for trial on a charge of murder. WIRELESS MESSAGES. THE WHOLE FLEET LINKED UP. Recieved September 14, 9.10 a.m. Sydney, This Day. Mr Pike, the Arncliffe operator, on Monday night, wirelessly linked up the fleet, establishing communication with every warship on the station, though scattered from the New Hebrides and New Zealand to Adelaide. The messages from the Eoncounter, off New Zeaeland, were specially plain. PROVINCES INSTEAD OF STATES. BILL INTRODUCED. Melbourne, This Day. Federal Ministers deny the persistent rumours of dissentions in the Cabinet. The Senate adjourned the debate on the amendment of Senator Givens, to reduce the vote towards the Federal capital by one pound. This was an attempt to throw out the Yass-Can-berra site and favour another. It is expected the voting will be very close. In the House of Representatives a Bill was introduced by Mr Bamford, providing for a division of the Commonwealth into sixteen provinces, each province to return three senators and six members to the Lower House, in place of State Parliaments. It is proposed to establish Provincial Councils with smaller powers.
