Kaeaea Drainage Board.

To the Editor. Sir,—Permit me through the medium of your columns, a few lines re the Kaeaea Drainage Board. I attended a meeting held at Mr McGill's house, where seven persons attended —five for and two against the proposal. As far as I know the meeting was not advertised or posters put up. It was just of what I heard that there was to be a meeting to consider a drainage board proposal. I voted against it, as also did Mr Bennett. —I am, etc., F. BREDENBECK.
