The Ohura County Coiyjfcil hereby resolvts by way of Special Order as follows: —For the purpose of metalling the Tongaporutu-Mangaroa road from the N.E. ..corner of section 2, lilnck V.. Ohari Survev District, to porutu-Man-..igakora road, tne unura hereby authorise the raising of a loan of £ISOO at 3£ per centum per annmu plus 1 per centum per annum sinking fund for repayment of loan for a period of 36i years. The said Ohura County Council hereby makes and levies a Special Rate of one and a-half penny (1 Jd) in the £ upon the rateable values of all the rateable properties within the said Special Rating area comprising of the following:—Sections 2, 3, 4, Block 1., Ohura S.D.; sections 2, 14, 13, l'l, 20, 21, 22; Block V., Ohura S.D.; section 4, Block VIIC, Waro S.p. j sections 2 and 5, Block IV., Waro. And declares that the cost of raising the said loan shall be payable out of the moneys so raised. And; notice is also hereby given that the said resolution will be submitted to an ordinary meeting of the Ohura County Council to be held at the County office Mangarpa, on Wednesday, the 24Jih day pf August, 1910, at 11 o'clock a.m., for confirmation as a Special Order.
