The Ohura County Coiyjfcil hereby resolvts by way of Special Order as follows: —For the purpose of metalling the Tongaporutu-Mangaroa road from the N.E. ..corner of section 2, lilnck V.. Ohari Survev District, to porutu-Man-..igakora road, tne unura hereby authorise the raising of a loan of £ISOO at 3£ per centum per annmu plus 1 per centum per annum sinking fund for repayment of loan for a period of 36i years.
