N.Z. lamb, good demand; market firm at last quotations; N.Z. prime crossbred lamb, Canterbury, heavy 5Jd per lb, light s§d; Australian lamb, good demand; jd per lb higher since our last wire. Beef, fair demand; Jd higher since our last wire; market not quite so firm at the advance which may not be maintained in the future. Tallow, 3d to 6d higher since our last wire.
