The Bell "Crome Bellringers paid Te Kuiti a return visit on Saturday evening last, and were greeted with a large and appreciative audience, thus retaining the reputation they established during their first appearance here. Miss Belle Crome in her dainty songs and instrumental items was pleasing to listen to, while Miss Maude Jefferson's rendering of "Poor Wandering One," Tosti's "Good-bye," "Killarney," etc., was beautiful, and displayed to advantage her sweet soprano voice. Mr Will Hughes, in his comic songs, was repeatedly encored, and the two Arnolds —juggling specialists—were very well received. The bellringing, sleigh-b%lls, and mandoline items were also loudly applauded.
