AUCKLAND LAND BOARD.

At the meeting of the Auckland Land Board, held tost week, it was resolved to grant under section 70 of the Lands for Settlement Act, 190?*, for church site, lot 6, block 5, Patururu village, to the Methodist Chrucli truteces for the sum of £lO. with the approval of the Minister of Lands.

The following vacant improved farm settlement lots are to be allotted amongst the names on the original ballot list: -Rangitoto No. 1 settlement, sections 20, block 9; I, block 5; 5 block 9; 21, block 9; 11, block 10; 1, block 14. Rangitoto No. 2 settlement, sections 8, block 7; 1, block 7; 5, block 7; 15, block 7; 3, block 11. Korakanui settlement, sections 3, block 15; 9, 7, and 6, block 4; 7, block 16.

The following schemes of expenditure of thirds and f Jrths were approved of:—Raglan County Council, £6 12sl0d; Kirikiriroa Road Board, £ll lis Id; Raglan County Council, £3l Is Id; Raglan County Council, £7 ls8d; Raglan County Council, £4 2s 3d; Raglan County Council, £lB 2s 3d; Awakino (P.W.D.) £965 14s lOd; Raglan County Council, £2 6s Id; Raglan Connty, £l3 7s Sd. The following lands will be thrown open for selection under part 3 of the Land Act, 1908:—Section 70, Mangapai parish, 54a at 15s; section 39, block 16, Opuawbanga, 807 a 2r at 15s; section 446, Whangamarino parish, 158 a 3r at 12s 6d; section 12, block 7, Totamoe S.D., 1052 aat 17s Gd;. Under part 5: Ron 76, blocks 7, and 11, Waibi South, 2695 aat 10s. Under Lands for Settlement Act, 1908: Sections 1 to 14, block 3, Waharoa township, 3a 2r. at £8; sections 1 to 14, block 6, Waharoa township, 3a 2r at £9. By auction: Section 84a Tuakau parish, 10a, 3r at £3. They will not be ready for three months. It was decided to sell in terms of section 140, Land Act, 1908, lot 16, Mangati village, la 2r 16p, for £25, to the Anglican Church authorities for church purposes.
