Gazette of Ist October 1909, and that such Special Rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the Ist day of October in each and every year during the currency of such Loan, being a pericd of 32 years or until the loan is fully paid off; the Interest to be paid at the rate of 4 per cent." The foregoing Special Order passed by the Waitomo County Council at its Special Meeting held at the County Office Te Kuiti on the 24tb day of November 1909 will be submitted for confirmation to a meeting of the said Council to be held on the 23rd of December, 1909.
