Such Special Rate shall be an Annual Recurring Rale during the currency of such loan and payable yearly on the 31st day of March in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 41 years at 3* per cent, or until the loan is fully paid off and it is the intention to pay out of loan the cost of raising same, and Ihe first year's interest. RANGITOTO NO. 2 SETTLEMENT: —West Taupo County: 16 sections from 130 acres to 200 acres in extent, access from Otorohanga distant about 9 miles from nearest point. KORAKONUI SETTLEMENT:-West Taupo County: 16 sections from 140 acres to 200 acres in extent. Access from Kihikihi about 7 miles and about 6 miles from Kawa Railway Station by formed road. Application forms, plans and pamphlets giving full particulars regarding conditions of occupation, advances etc, may be obtained at the Lands Office, Auckland. Preference will be given to landless married men and successful applicants have the option of acquiring their holdings with right of purchase at 5 per cent, per annum rental, or under renewable at J per cent, per annum. The Land Board has the power to give preference to applications received from retrenched Civil Servants and workers who have been dispensed with from the Main Trunk Railway and from Road Work?.
