Mr E. Y. Seddon recently forwarded twenty-five seedling- of Oregon pine to the Westlar.d Acclimatisation Society, asking it.- opinion in regard to planting Oregon pine in various parts of the district. The Society has decided to apply for 100 plants for "free distribution.
