TE AWAMUTU POLICE COURT.
Tuesday. August 21. Before Messrs J. B Tejwlale and G. W. White. J's.P. Tc Awamutu Correspondent. Bernard Ohlsen. who was before the Court on Monday last and remanded, was charged with having indecently assaulted a little girl aged 9 years, on Sunday. August 15th. The evidence was of a nature unfit for publication. The accuseud for whom Mr H. Y. Collins appeared, pleaded not guilty, and was committed for trial.
