We held our Kgaruawahia sale on Wednesday 18th inst., when 1075 cattle of all classes were yarded. There was a larg attendance and brisk bidding throughout. 350 three and four year steers penned were a choice lot, and sold readiyl: Fat and forwards year steerls£6 19s to £7 \7s 6d; forward conditioned 3 1-2 year steers £5 12s 64 to £6 13s; 3 and 3 1-2 year steers £4 19s to £5 7s 6d; 2 1-2 year steers £4 to £4 12s; 18 month to 2 year steers £3 to JE3 12s Gd; 12 to 15 month steers £2 9s: choice yearling steers £2 10s; other s£2 4s to £2 7s; mixed yearlings 25s to £2; calves 28s; empty 18 month to 2 year heifers £2 17s to £3; 12 to 15 month heifer s£2 to £2 8s; fat cows £4 19s to £5 17s; springing heifers £5 5s to £6 15s; more backward sorts £3 7s 6d to £4 10s; springing cows up to £7; fat sheep 19s.
