TE KUITI RAILWAY STATION.

In connection with the deputation which waited upon the Hon. J. A. Millar, Minister for Railways, with respect to the projected improvements to Te Kuiti Railway Station, the following letter has been received by Mr Jennings from tbe Minister:— "Dear Sir,— I have to acknowledge receipt of your letter of the 29th oil, enclosing tetter addressed to me from the Chairman of Chamber of Commerce, Te Kuiti, in regard to the deputation which waited upon me on the 9th ult., re improvements to the Te Kuiti Railway Station. In reply I nave to inform you that 1 am obtaining a report upon this matter and on receipt of same I wilt communicate with yott further on the matter.."
