The feeling of the majority of those present were in favour of all Auctioneering firms doing business in the district, selling in the yards on tbe same day, as it was felt that the ararangeraent would be more convenient to buyer and seller; also to tbe Auctioneering Company*, as well as insuring larger sales, and better attendance, and consequently the sales wpuld not necessarily be so numerous as at present obtains throughout tbe country, under the existing custom of rival sales.
