OTOROHANGA

! (Own Correspondent.) On Thursday last Bishop Neligan ! visited Otorobanga, arriving by the morning train horn Te Kuiti. In the afternoon Messrs Matthews and Ranby were admitted as lay readers. The Bishop then dedicated the Chorcb to the Glory of Gcd, the Clergy present being as follows:—The Bishop, Archdeacon Willis. Revs. H. B. Wingfiled. T. Fisher. G. H. Morse. Kone Papahia andTatmona Hapimana. From 4.30 to 6 o'clock a reception was held in the Hall and tea w«s given by the ladies, following which the Bishop gave a tectore in on the Pan-Anglican CongTes*. illustrated by lime light wievs. At 7.30 p.m. a confirmation service was held in the Church, eleven candidates being confirmed. On Friday morning Holy Communion was celebrated at 8 a.m., the Bishop leaving for Cambridge by the 11.30 train.
