PIOPIO DAIRY FACTORY.

A meeting of the intending suppliers and those interested in the Piopio Dairy Factory was held at Miroahuiao Mall on May 30th. Mr P. O'Dwyer, chairman of directors, occupied the chair, and there was a good attendance. Great interest was shown in the project by the settlers and it is gratifying to realise that the factory is to be supported in a loyal manner by the great bulk of those resident in the district.

The articles of As tociatino and Suppliers' Agreement were received from Messrs Watts and Broadfoot, solicitors, and were considered, and adopted unanimously.

The hope was expressed that it would be possible to have the Factory erected and in running order, in time to receive milk in October next.
