Waipa Union Fixtures

The following are the fixtures in con : nection with the Waipa Rugby Union, Senior and Junior of teams available: —First Round. — May 15.—Otorohanga v. Te Awamutu at Otorohanga. Kihikihi a bye.*

May 22.—Te Awamutu v. Kihikihi at Te Awamutu. Otorohanga a bye.

May 29. —Kihikihi v. Otorohanga at Kihikihi. Te a byg. Second Round. —■ Same teams meet. Home team in first round travels. Dates to be appointed.

The match between Te Kuiti and Nehinehinui clubs which is to be played on Saturday next, is giving rise to a considerable amount of interest. Both teams scored somewhat easy wins in their respective matches on Saturday last, and each is confident of victory in the coming match. Given fine weather a very interesting game should result. The following will present Nehinehinui-

Entries are invited for a half milu race to take place on the Te Kuiti Do* main on May 20th, among the members of the Te Kuiti football club. A trophy is presented for the race by Mr P. Cotter.

Oparure and Mokauiti meet on Saturday next at Piopio. A fairly good game should result, but the scoring ability of the "blacks" should return them tlie winners.
