Waipu Racing Club T CHARLES HERBERT HOLLAND, 1? of Tc Kuili, in Ihc Provincial District of Auckland, Pharumaceutical and Dispensing Chemist, hereby admit and acknowledge that certain statements made by me concerning Dr Zobel, of Tc Kuiti, aforesaid, are defamatory, unture, and without foundation, and in considcratoin of the refraining by Dr Zobel of instituting proceedings aganist me for defamation of character, I hereby further unconditionally withdraw all such statements as I may have heretofore made which in any way appear derogatory to, or to reflect upon the professional capacity of Dr Zobel, and hereby express my unfeigned regret for the making thereof, and further agree to pay the cost-; to which Dr Zobel has been put in the matter.
