NOTICE is hereby given that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Waitomo County Council will be held in Mr Ernest Kerr's Commercial Room, Te Kuiti. on WEDNESDAY, the 3rd day of MARCH, 1909, at 11 a.m., for the purpose of confirming a resolution adopted at a Special Meel ing of the Council, held on the Ist day of February, 1909, as follows: THAT a General Rate under the provisons contained in sec- * tion 148 of the "Counties Act, 1886," and under the provisions of sections 37 and 44 of the "Rating Act, 1894," of one farthing in the pound be made and levied on the basis of the capital value of all rateable property shown on the Valuation Rolls of the several Ridings of Waitomo, Otorohanga, Te Ran-a-moa, flangatiki, Mairoa, Paemako, Te Kuiti, and Ohura (Waitomo County) for the year ending at 31st March, 1909.
