CONDITIONS. 1. Entries for the Maiden Handicap will close with the secretary on the ground at Manunui at 10 a.m. on the day of the sports. AH other post entry events will close with the secretary at noon on the day of the sports. 2. All nominations will close with the secretary atTaumarunui on February 26th, at noon. 3. Handicaps will appear on sth March and subsequent dates, and will appear in the Taumarunui Press, K.C. Chronicle, etc. 4. Acceptances for all Handicap Events will close with the secretary not later than 10 a.m. on day of sports. 5. All entries must be accompanied with the necessary fees, together with performances for last two years, otherwise they cannot be accepted. 6. Stewards will deal with all disputes, and their decision will be final. All protests must must be handed to the secretary in writing within ten minutes after event, and must be accompanied by a fee of 10s, which will be returned if upheld. 7. Each axeman must satisfy the committee that he is the holder of an axeman's license, as provided by the N.Z.
