VOTICE is hereby given that a JN SPECIAL MEETING of the Waitomo County Council will be held in Mr Emett Kerr'* Commercial Room, Te Kuiti. en WEDNESDAY, the 3n! day of MARCH. 1909. at 11 a.m.. for the purpose of confirming a resolution adopted at a Special Meeting of the Council, held on the Ist day of February, 1909, a* follows: * THAT a General Rate under the provisons contained in section 148 of the "Counties Act, 1886," and under the provisions of sections 37 and 44 of the "Rating Act, 1894," of one farthing in the pound be made and levied on the basis of the capital value of all rateable property shown on the Valuation Rolls of the several Ridings of Waitomo. Otorohanga, Te Rau-a-moa, Hangatiki. Mairoa, Paemako, Te Kuiti, and Ohura (Waitomo Counly) for the year ending at 31st March, 1909.
