All entries must be' accompanied with the. necessary' fees, together with performances for last two years, otherwise they cannot be accepted. 6. Stewards will deal .with all disputes, and their decision will be final. All protests must must be handed to the secretary in writing within ten minutes after event, and,must, be accompanied by a fee of 10s, which will be returned if upheld. 7. Each axeman must satisfy the committee that he is the holder of an axeman's license, as provided by the N.Z.
