ARIA LAND SALE.
Township Sections. The sale of township sections at Aria, advertised for January 27th, brought a good attendance to the outback township on Wednesday, and considerable interest was manifested by the surrounding settlers. The sections were offered under the freehold tenure, and this fact doubtless contributed to a successful sale, Bidding was fairly keen throughout, and nearly all the lots offered were disposed of at good prices. The sections in the township brought from <:7 I'is to v.in ]u s . an d the suburban lots from t'l'i log t.o £35 I«"!.-?. A third of the money realised at the sale is to be expended immediately in roading the properties.
