Sub - Division Sale THUKSDA Y J A NU A R Y 14TH :: 2 P-»-ON the Site of the Property. Rora-M. Tc Kuiti Sale of valuable Town . Sections Close to the Railway Station in the risio* Township ■of Te Kuiti jlfroJiT.VickmgCo. Instructed by Mr J. Ivc3s, will offer t the whole of t»ia interest in the above ; property in seven lots, varying in frontage from 33 to 71 feet by the full depth of each section. This «ale affprds persona on the looki out for a'Rood building site for business, an exceptional chance for acquirI ing a property in the heart of the main I business thoroughfare of a township destined in the near future to become one of the most important along the Main Trunk line. The magnificent agricultural and pastoral country aur- * rounding Te Kuiti is certain to maintain a large Business Community in 1 this township, as sections in the immediate locality ol this property have advanced greatly in value of late, it I is only reasonable to assume that frontages in this locality will be in active demand for business sites very shortly. Therefore, now is the time to t buy, every section being suitable for : building without delay. The terms are exceptionally easy, and as the rent \ payable to the Native owners is only one pound per year per quarter-acre section, th» rent on each subdivided , section will only be a mere bagatelle. I The tenure is from 21 years from the date of the original lessee's lease, with the right of renewal for farther term of 21 years, subject to re-valuation and compensation for improvements. The Auctioneer can confidently recommend this property as one of the best investments ever offered to the public of Te Kuiti. In view of recent legislation to permit lessees negotiating with the Native owners, thdre should be no dicfliulty in the way of purchasers acquiring the freehold of their sections on equitable terms. The properties have been subdivided hrto*7 lots and will be sold as under:— Lot 1.—33 feet frontage more or less, on the south side of the building. Lot 2. — 83 feet frontage more or I less, adjoining section on which is I erected the building. Lot 3.—71 feet frontage more or less, upon which are erected a shop and dwelling together with all outbuildings, let to a good tenant. Lot 4.-35 feet frontage more or less, adjoining building on north side. Lot 5. —35 feet frontage more or less. Lot 6. —36 feet frontage more or less. Lot 7.-—35 feet frontage more or less, I adjoining cottage.

A contingent of 30 police arrived on the sc#ne, and the crow A stoned them. The police threatened to draw their revolvers. Dr Harris tried to drite through under police escort, but the crowd prevented him. and Tarn Mann the socialist l?ader. jurnned into the buggy and drove it away.
