THIS is to notify that Mr A. C. Johnson, late of Hawera, has recently gone into partnership with Mr W. Lorigan, of Te Kuiti. The firm will continue to go under the name of Lorigan and Co., Land, Estate and Stock Agents, Valuers, and General Commission Agents. They are also taking up auctioneering. Mr Lorigan is well known in Te Kuiti and has a thorough knowledge of the whole district and its farming values. Mr A. C. Johnson after having had some considerable " experience in agricultural and mixed farming in Canterbury, has for the last three or four years been connected with the valuing and selling of properties in several of the largest centres of the North Island. The members of the firm will always be pleased to advise intending purchasers —those who may wish to invest in town sections or farm lands —and give to their clients the benefit of their practical knowledge. It is with great confidence, inspired by the enormous possibilities of the whole district, that they urge all those who have money, to speculate in Te Kuiti and the surrounding district. Without a shadow of doubt within comparatively few years Te Kuiti will develop into the largest and most prosperous inland town in the North "island. The locality is practically! undeveloped and unknown yet to outsiders, yet in the surrounding district there is a hundred square miles or more of gently rolling, limestone country, ninety per cent, of it being ploughable. Without deafet-, to the experienced farmer this is some of the finest sheep and cattle country in the Dominion. Farms and sections within thi3 desirable area are to be purchased at a nominal price in comparison with prices in other localities. If you will write for lists and particulars cf all the properties that are for sale in the whole district, or call personally, the fullest information will be furnished with regard to prices and terms. If you are at present a land owner in the district and are disposed to sell you may rely upon your interests being forwarded. All properties advertised FREE of COST. Clients met and personally conducted to any part of the King Country. Clients Financed.
